A week of camp is a very intense time, and each of us wants to get the most out of it and achieve our training goals. That is why it is so important to be ready to give 100% at every training and meeting. We know how to increase your chances of such readiness and together with Agnieszka Danielewicz we have been doing it since 2017 at each of the Players Camps.

The rhythm of the day, meal times and the meals themselves at Players Camp may differ significantly from your daily schedule. All this for You, to be ready for three demanding workouts each day and to be fully focused on each meeting and workshop. In terms of intensity, it is an exceptional time, which is why the diet is also unique and very simple at the same time.

We believe in your willingness to develop and awareness of the lifestyle of a young athlete, which is why we start Players Camps with healthy eating workshops. As always, they are run by our healthy eating coach, Agnieszka Danielewicz from the Eligo Institute. Agnieszka's knowledge, passion and experience mean that Players Camp participants can quickly understand our dietary rules, and at the same time see simple ways to make healthy meals and snacks at home.

Is drinking water important to us?

The workshop with Agnieszka begins with this question. The question seems simple and with an obvious answer that everyone knows. Regular players of Players Camps already know that the answer to this question is related to the fact that you must always have your bottle of water with you. You may know drinking water is important, but you won't drink unless you have water on hand - simple as that.

During our camps, you have unlimited access to Nata bottled water, so you don't need to take your water or other drinks with you.

A day at the Players Camp lasts 15 hours, of which at least more than half you will spend on workouts, workshops and team time. The rest of the day is crucial to your efficiency. With such intensity, we serve you 4-5 meals a day, each of them must be easily digestible and give the right amount of energy for the next challenges in workouts and classes. All meals are carefully selected and prepared according to our daily schedule and the age of the participants.

After each meal, we guarantee you a siesta, a favorite part of the day of older participants. This is a key activity, or lack of it, to be ready for the next training session and to maintain the intensity throughout the week. We serve three main meals and two training snacks, as well as unlimited access to water. Thanks to this, going out to the store and own snacks are completely unnecessary.
